Gerken plays-and wins at Fostoria, Gust takes net division.

Brian Gerken has been the TMGA's best player the last few years, but family obligations has limited his tournament play this year. However, Gerken was able to offset a double bogey start with 5 birdies, in route to his even par 38-34-72 in breezy conditions at Fostoria CC. Two other TMGA vets-Brian Simmons (who also has had limited play this year) and Terry Tyson finished 1 shot back with 73's. Simmons made 3 birdies with nines of 37-36 and Tyson had 4 front nine birdies shooting 35/38. Joe Cline shot 74 and Connor Stykemain who birdied 1,3,4,5,6 for a front nine 32 was next at 75.
Doug Gust, who always seems to be in the net hunt, shot 40/41-81 for a net 69. Dave Mikolajczak, shot 38/42-80 and Dave Spoerl with 41/40-81 tied for second with net 70's. Mike Kennedy was next at net 71.
